Twenty years.
Four continents.
One family at a time.
UK-trained Newborn Care Specialist, infant sleep coach, and postnatal carer. I come into your home so you can genuinely rest.
2006 In practice
I listen before I act.
I watch before I advise.
I am Kornelia. I come into your home at night. I take the feeds, the unsettledness, the questions you ask at 3am. I give them back to you answered, or at least held, by morning.
Every baby is different. Every mother is different. So before I build a night rhythm, I learn yours: your feeding choices, your fears, what "rest" actually means to you right now. Then we shape something that fits this family, not a textbook.
Even an extra twenty minutes between feeds where you are genuinely resting, not half-sleeping with one ear open. That can change what the next day looks like. That is the work. Quietly. Night after night. Until you find your footing.
I have worked across cultures, languages, faiths, and circumstances. I have never walked into a home and judged what I found there. What I bring instead is twenty years of nights, calm hands, and a quiet kind of expertise.
Twenty years. Every kind of home.
From Vienna apartments to London townhouses, from Swiss chalets to families in the Emirates and the United States. My practice has taken me to four continents and into hundreds of homes.
What postpartum recovery actually looks like depends on a hundred quiet variables. My job is to meet you exactly where you are, and to make the first weeks feel possible. Often, surprisingly so.
Where I work
Professional qualifications.
UK training is the gold standard in newborn and postnatal care. It means structured, evidence-based learning with a focus on safety, feeding, and infant development.
